Enter Container Information to proceed
We need to verify the container in our system before continuing with the return process.
Note: Once your registered container is approved by the operator, you have 6 hours to finish the transaction including the payment and the return process form. Otherwise, your transaction will be automatically rejected and have to repeat the process again.
A Step-by-Step instructions for returning a container to the port and completing the inspection process.
Step 1 : Enter the container number, size, type and email to check if it exists and is available in the system. This is required before proceeding with the return process.
Step 2 : Once your registered container is approved by the operator, the system will send you an email containing the link. upon opening the link, It will check your transcation status, If service fee is already complete, the link will take you to the return process form to upload the required images. If not, you'll be redirected to the payment page—please follow the instructions to complete your payment.
Step 3 : If payment was already made or is successfull. We will take you to the container report form.
